The NRLW competition is improving every season and we’re trying to keep up by providing the best content we can. This year, Oscar has moved the NRL competition aside and is putting all of his time into covering what is shaping up as the best NRLW season to date.
We are passionate about the NRLW competition here at Rugby League Writers and want to provide the most in-depth coverage of the competition out there.
The 2022 NRLW season will see the Parramatta Eels, Sydney Roosters, St. George-Illawarra Dragons, Gold Coast Titans, Newcastle Knights and Brisbane Broncos battle it out in the last six-team season before the competition expands in 2023.
The Broncos dominated the early years of NRLW winning the first three premierships but the Roosters beat the Dragons in the 2021 Grand Final to set the tone for the closest season ever. The Knights have put themselves in the hunt for the premiership with a handful of superstar signings while the Titans are looking to back up a finals appearance in their first season with another in 2022. The Eels fell just short of a semi-final spot last season, but have recruited well as they look to improve on their 5th-placed finish.
